When you submit a flight search, we collect: your name, email address, and the trip details you provide (origin, destination, dates, number of passengers, bags, seats, and any notes you add). If you complete a paid purchase, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not receive or store your card details ourselves.
The legal basis is performance of the contract you enter into with us by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the third point above.
We do not sell your personal data, and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your submission for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our accounting/legal obligations, and delete or anonymize it after that unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
